Room design & space are amazing and the entrance of the hotel is reflecting the Thai culture. Staff are professionals and friendly, and they provide immediately any request.

Great hotel and amazing staff. My friend, who I was travelling with, was ill on arrival and we asked reception where the nearest medical centre was. The receptionist not only took him there but waited with him band then drove him to the main hostipal when he needed more treatment.

Omg, this hotel is so amazing. Best experience in thailand ever. Kwang and Nai are so amazing. Two most beautfil and kind girls in Thailand. Very kind and very helpful with any questions... The service is excellent. The cleaning to o the rooms. Just very nice people ans great great service. Reception ia very welcoming and helping you with all of your concerns. They should get a raise in salary, because their work is outstanding. 🥰 Also the night shift man very nice. Great service.

The reception ladies were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were the same, the room was immaculately clean and welcomimg. The hotel had many authentic Thai touches that added warmth and interest.

The Hotel isn't really far from the touristic attractions with plenty of restaurants and bars but still in a quiet area. Bangla Road, the beach walk and public transport stops can be reached within a few minutes walking. There was no breakfast or any additional things, but I booked a room at a fair price and recieved a great room. The staff at the check in is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and the reception is occupied 24/7. Over all, I couldn't ask for more and will happily come back at my next stay.

The location was good. Maybe a little bit far from the center but when you leave the hotel you can reach out 7/11 on the corner and the washer across the street. It's a little bit inside from the main street so the place is quieter. The hotel has a good ambiance and the room was clean. Met our expectations. Highly recommend.
